To create awareness regarding entrepreneurship and startup programs, a one day workshop was organized for entrepreneurs with the support of a local educational institution and Ahlulbayt Students’ Network.
Students from various eminent schools of Lucknow participated enthusiastically in the event. The workshop commenced with the introductory session from Siddhatha Kapoor who encouraged the students to take entrepreneurship as career. Following it, Ashish Kaul guided the students on various startup schemes run by the Government and Private organizations.
He emphasized on the need of innovation to solve various problems related to agriculture, healthcare, transportation, education, science, etc. Ahlulbayt Students Network selected 12 students for this workshop out of which Mahvish Zaidi, Wajeeha Fatima , Alia Abidi, Moid Rizvi, Ashtar Abbas, Sabir Raza Naqvi, Mohd Raza , and Farhan Abbas were awarded with prizes and entrepreneurship certificates after successful completion of the workshop.
Students participated with full enthusiasm and lauded the efforts of organizers for conducting this program which provided them an opportunity to learn and explore new things. Students from Ahlulbayt Network were guided and mentored by Architect Seerat Fatima Zaidi who led the team and represented on behalf of ABSN during the event.
Faiz Abbas from Ahlulbayt Network told us these programs are aimed at increasing the innovative spirit of students and in future too Ahlulbayt Network will be organizing such programs for its students.
